Glacier National Park Volunteer Associates - Mission

Glacier National Park Volunteer Associates Mission Statement

The purpose of the Glacier National Park Volunteer Associates (GNPVA) is to help the Park Service accomplish its goals in Glacier National Park. To do this, the GNPVA facilitates volunteerism in the Park to accomplish projects recommended by Park staff. The GNPVA encourages donations of private funds to accomplish projects for which Park funding is insufficient. The GNPVA educates the public about biological, geological, cultural, and historical resources of the Park and the challenges the Park Service must meet when administering the Park.

In short, the Associates is an Advocacy and/or Friends Group for Glacier National Park. GNPVA members share a love of Glacier National Park and wish to extend membership to others who feel the same.
