GNPVA volunteers working with GNP project leaders to rebuild the deck on the Grisley cabin on the west shore of Lake McDonald across from the Apgar campground. The Grisley cabin was acquired by the park several years ago and is in good condition but needs some TLC. At the time of the acquisition the original deck was not salvageable so a new smaller deck with some of the original used and a new foundation and supporting structure was needed. This is a project in progress with many additional tasks to be done.
